Full Paper Submission

The organising committee of the 21AFMC would like to invite authors of accepted abstracts to submit full papers for peer review by the 5th August, 2018. The scientific committee will review the manuscript on the basis of originality, technical quality, style and clarity of presentation and importance to the field. Authors will be notified of the review outcome including reviewers’ comments by 14th September 2018, with submission of the final (camera-ready) manuscripts due on the 13th October 2018. Final manuscripts submitted after this date may be excluded from the published conference proceedings.

The manuscript shall be limited to a maximum of 4 pages (including all figures, tables and references), and shall follow the conference template available (in MS Word, LaTeX or LyX formats) from the link below:

When preparing your paper, please also note the following:

·         The manuscript and the research to which it pertains must be your own original work;

·         The topic of your research should follow one or more of the conference themes;

·         The content of the manuscript should be directly related to the accepted abstract. All statements and conclusions made in the abstract shall be     accounted for in the full manuscript;

·       There is no limit to the number of papers that may be submitted by an individual. However, splitting of a body of work into multiple papers is    discouraged and consolidation into one submission is preferred;

·     All authors of accepted papers are required to submit a copyright transfer form (this will be made available via the conference website in due course) for their manuscript to be included in the 21AFMC proceedings. Without   the signed copyright form your paper will not be published;

·       Upon acceptance of the full paper, you will be required to give a 15 minute oral presentation on your work. There will be no poster sessions.
