Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Credit card payments will incur a merchant service fee. All online transactions will attract a $4.80 web processing fee, which is non-refundable. By submitting your registration, you acknowledge your intention to attend the Congress and accept liability for any applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be made in writing via email to All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the Congress will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received between after 30 days and up to 7 days prior will receive a 50% refund or may be refunded in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the host. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the Congress; however, a substitute delegate may attend in your place at no extra cost. There will be no refund for failure to secure a visa to attend the Congress. Refunds for deposits made to external providers (e.g., hotels, tour operators) are at the discretion of the supplier.
Transfer of Registration
Registrations can be transferred to another person without penalty by notifying in writing via email to All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com. Within 7 days prior to the Congress, no refunds will be provided for transfers of registration.
Earlybird Registration Policy
To receive the Earlybird rate, payment must be received by the Earlybird deadline. Unpaid Earlybird registrations after this date will automatically roll over to the standard rate. Entry to the Congress and social functions may be denied if payment has not been received in full.
Program and Event Disclaimer
Every effort will be made to deliver the program as advertised. However, the Congress Committee reserve the right to make changes to any aspect of the program, including speakers, topics, schedules, and venues, without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond their control.
The Organisers and hosts are not liable for any loss, damages, or inconvenience caused by such changes or delays.
Liability and Insurance
- The Congress and its Organisers accept no liability for injuries, losses, or damages to person or property during the event.
- Attendees are responsible for their own insurance, including:
- Medical and travel cover
- Cancellation of attendance or flights
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Repatriation or other unexpected costs due to disruptions
It is strongly recommended that attendees arrange comprehensive travel insurance at the time of registration.
Alterations and Social Events
Some social events may have limited capacity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are only guaranteed once payment is received. Alterations to registrations must be submitted in writing.
Privacy Policy
In accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 2000, all personal information collected is used solely for the purposes of planning and delivering the Congress and for communications regarding future events.
Information may be shared with relevant third parties (e.g., accommodation providers, venues, sponsors) under strict confidentiality requirements, where necessary for the operation of the event.
A delegate list (name, organisation, state/country) may be shared with sponsors or attendees. By registering, you consent to your information being included unless you notify the Organisers in writing.

Photography and Media
By attending the Congress, you grant OHAA Congress permission for photographs and/or video/audio recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional, advertising, or reporting purposes by the Congress and its partners. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify in writing via email to All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com
