REGISTRATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By completing and submitting this registration form you are indicating your intention to participate in person or virtually at the meeting of the Federation of Neurogastroenterology & Motility (FNM 2020), 14 - 17 April 2021 and agree to the below registration terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION
The FNM 2020 Local Organising Committee and All Occasions Group strongly recommends that all travellers consider appropriate travel insurance for all attendees attending Adelaide for the meeting. The FNM2020 cancellation policy will apply to all registrants, even if there is an inability to attend due to reasons outside of the registrant’s control. Please remember, that if you cannot attend the conference in person, you can still access all of the content on the virtual platform. If you would still like a refund the following T&C’s applies.
Cancellations must be emailed to All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com
• For all cancellations up to and including 28 Feb 2021, all monies paid to All Occasions Group will be refunded less a AUD$120 cancellation fee.
• For all cancellations 1 March 2021 until 28 March 2021 , 50% of monies paid to All Occasions Group will be refunded
• For all cancellations after 28 March 2021, monies paid to All Occasions Group will not be refunded, however a substitute delegate may be nominated.

Cancellations of, or alterations to, hotel bookings must be emailed to All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com and not to the hotel.
Monies paid to third party providers, including but not limited to hotel accommodation, tour companies and airlines, are subject to the cancellation policies of these third party providers.
PAYMENT
All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Accounts paid by credit card will incur a surcharge fee of 1.25% for MasterCard, 1.65% for VISA, 3.03% for American Express and 3.45% for Diners Club International. All transactions made online will incur a $4.80 web processing fee. Please note that these fees are non-refundable.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION
Payment of early bird registration fees are required by the early bird cut-off date to qualify for the rate. After the early bird due date, all unpaid early bird registrations will automatically roll over and the delegates will be charged at the regular rate. Admission to the Meeting and all social functions may be refused if payment has not been received.
PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with the requirements of the Australian Privacy Act 2000, the All Occasions Group (encompassing All Occasions Group and All Occasions Travel) complies with such legislation which is designed to protect the rights of the individual to privacy of their information.
All information collected with respect to your registration for participation in this Meeting will only be used for the purposes of planning, conduct of the event, or communication regarding future events. These details may be made available to parties directly related to the Meeting including, but not limited to, the All Occasions Group, venues, accommodation and travel providers (for the purposes of room/travel bookings and Meeting options), key sponsors (subject to strict conditions) and other related parties as deemed necessary.
It is also usual practice to produce a ‘Delegate List’ of attendees at the Meeting, and to include an individual’s details in such a list. By completing the registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be used for these purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided to the All Occasions Group is accurate and kept up–to–date. LIABILITY
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, FNM 2020/ANGMA Organising Committee, and the All Occasions Group (AOG) cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. FNM 2020/ANGMA and the AOG take no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Meeting. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of the Meeting is the individual delegate’s responsibility.
Attendees are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Meeting, or through the cancellation of the Meeting itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Meeting Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to take out insurance.
PHOTOGRAPHY
By attending the event you have registered for, you grant both All Occasions Group and the FNM 2020 Organising Committee, host group or association, the right to use your image and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically request removal of the photo or video in writing by emailing your details, the photos details and the Meeting name to Conference@aomevents.com detailing your request.
