Registration includes conference materials, name badge, and attendance to all Conference sessions from 21-22 October 2025, tea breaks and lunches for the duration of the Conference (or if Day Registration, attendance and catering to the day of your choice).

Site Visits

The GUC 2025 organising committee are offering special site visits to the new NextDC A1 Data Centre and Alligator Energy’s Samphire Uranium Project. 

Alligator Energy’s Samphire Uranium Project
You are invited to a site visit to Alligator Energy’s Samphire Uranium Project—a development just 20km south of Whyalla in regional South Australia. Acquired in October 2020, Samphire is gaining serious momentum and is strategically positioned in the nation’s most uranium-experienced and supportive State, backed by efficient regulatory frameworks and established logistics. Now entering its pilot field recovery trial phase, the project is shaping up to become South Australia’s next, in situ uranium mine.
Join us on Thursday, 23rd October, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, to see the progress firsthand. The day begins at Adelaide Airport, where delegates will board a chartered flight to Whyalla—just a quick and scenic 50-minute trip—followed by site tour and a hosted lunch. Please note places are limited due to the charter flight size. We will do our best to accommodate as many delegates as possible. A cost is associated with this tour, and an estimate will be provided in the near future.

NextDC A1 Data Centre

The GUC 2025 Organising Committee are pleased to offer the opportunity to visit the new NextDC A1 Data Centre in Adelaide city. The site visit will take place post-Conference on Thursday, 23rd October, at 125 Frome Street, Adelaide SA 5000.

The tour will run for 1 hour, the first tour commencing at 9:00 AM and the second tour at 10:30 AM, noting there are limited spots available. Delegates are asked to meet in the reception area upon arrival and are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the centre. Please note a government-issued photo ID is required for entry, and enclosed shoes must be worn.

The accommodation prices listed are the nightly rate offered by the hotel. By accepting the terms and conditions, you authorise the charge of your credit card for deposit (if required), incidentals or cancellation fees. This information will be securely provided to the hotel. Please note we recommend reviewing the hotel's terms and conditions at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions of the hotel prior to making a booking. Any changes or cancellations to bookings must be submitted in writing to All Occasions Group, not directly to the hotel. You will be required to accept these terms and conditions when completing the registration form. If you do not accept, your accommodation will not be reserved. All rates are quoted in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and are for room only, unless otherwise indicated. Accommodation availability and prices are subject to change without notice, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each supplier. GUC and All Occasions Group accept no responsibility for any additional costs or inconvenience incurred.

No penalty applies for bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancelations after this date will incur a one-night cancelation fee. Payment

All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. By completing and submitting this registration form, you are indicating your intention to attend the Global Uranium Conference 2025 and you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing via email to All Occasions Group, conference@aomevents.com. Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Conference will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to seven days prior to the Conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven days of the Conference; however, a substitute delegate may be nominated. Refunds from any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related business will be at the discretion of the supplier.

Early Bird Registration Policy

Payment of Early Bird Registration is required by the registration cut-off date to qualify for the rate. After the early bird registration due date, all unpaid registrations will automatically roll over and the delegates will be charged at the standard rate. Admission to the Conference and social functions will be refused if payment has not been received.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with the requirements of the Australian Privacy Act 2000, the All Occasions Group complies with such legislation which is designed to protect the rights of the individual to privacy of their information. All information collected with respect to your registration for participation in this Conference will only be used for the purposes of planning, conduct of the event, or communication regarding future events. These details may be made available to parties directly related to the Conference including, but not limited to, the All Occasions Group, venues, accommodation and travel providers (for the purposes of room/travel bookings and Conference options), key sponsors (subject to strict conditions) and other related parties as deemed necessary.

It is also usual practice to produce a ‘Delegate List’ of attendees at the Conference, and to include an individual’s details in such a list. By completing the registration form, you acknowledge that the details supplied by you may be used for these purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided to the All Occasions Group is accurate and kept up–to–date. Liability

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, All Occasions Group (AOG) cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. AOG take no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Conference. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of the Conference is the individual delegate’s responsibility. Attendees are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to take out insurance.

Conference Photography

By attending the Conference, you grant both All Occasions Group and the Conference Organising Committee the rights to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting purposes at their sole discretion.
