By accepting the terms and conditions, you authorise the charge of your credit card for deposit (if required), incidentals or cancellation fees. Cancellation and Amendment Policy

You will be required to accept these terms and conditions when completing the registration form. If you do not accept, your accommodation will not be reserved. Cancellation 21 days prior to the arrival date, bookings may be cancelled without penalty. Between 20 to 14 days prior to arrival, any rooms cancelled will be charged a penalty equal to one night’s accommodation cancelled. Less than 14 days’ notice for cancellation or ‘no shows’ will incur a penalty equal to 100% of the total accommodation. All cancellations must be received in writing via email to All Occasions Group or full booking charges will apply. For any modification to your reservation, please contact conference@aomevents.com. Payment 14 days prior to the arrival date, $279.00 will be charged to the credit card provided. Full payment will be made 7 days prior to arrival. At check-in, each guest will be required to complete a hotel registration form and provide a credit card to secure payment for all other services provided during their stay (including, but not limited to, room service and mini-bar charges). If no credit card details are provided, a cash security deposit of $500 for an Allure Room. Additional Room & bag drops can be coordinated in advance via the Eos by SkyCity concierge team at an additional charge of $10 per room, per drop. Valet parking is available for all hotel guests at the rate of $65.00 each day, unlimited access. Valet parking is subject to availability. Complimentary Wi-Fi available. Credit Card Payments Online

Online registrations are preferred. Please visit our secure website here to register and book your accommodation in ‘real time’. Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card. 

Transactions will appear on your statement as “All Occasions Group”.

Other Payment Options

If you are unable to pay by credit card please contact the APHA Congress Organisers on conference@aomevents.com. Service charges may apply for other payment methods.

Entrance to APHA Congress

Each member of the APHA Congress will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions. The APHA Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour of attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Acknowledgements

Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be processed or confirmed if payment does accompany your form.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the APHA Congress registration managers.

Registration Fees:

  • Cancellations before Monday 12 January 2026 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations from Tuesday 13 January 2026 and Monday 23 February 2026 will incur a 50 percent cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations on or after Tuesday 24 February 2026 will receive no refund.

Social

Social Payments are non-refundable as at Tuesday 24 February 2026.

Accommodation

Alterations or cancellation of hotel accommodation must be sent in writing to All Occasions Group, not the hotel. Please see the accommodation terms and conditions for each hotel. You will be required to accept these terms and conditions when completing the registration form. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, accommodation will not be reserved. All rates are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and are for room only unless otherwise indicated. The accommodation availability and prices shown are subject to change without notice in accordance with the terms and conditions of each hotel. Australian Private Hospitals Association and All Occasions Group accept no responsibility for any additional costs or inconvenience incurred.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the APHA Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the APHA Congress, or through cancellation of the APHA Congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airlines or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangement have to be altered. The APHA Congress Managers cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Disclaimer

The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the APHA Congress timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation nor the APHA Congress Organisers will accept liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The APHA Congress Organisers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or photographs taken at any stage during the APHA Congress for promotional means, advertising or reporting of the APHA Congress and/or its content at their sole discretion.

The APHA Congress registration managers comply with these legislations and are committed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.

All Occasions Group will not sell your personal information to third parties. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us and we will promptly correct the information. You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by advice to us in writing.

Why do we wish you to provide your information?

We require your information to facilitate provision of information to you regarding the APHA Congress and to facilitate your participation in the APHA Congress. Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the APHA Congress will be used for the purposes listed below. You can give or withhold your consent for each or all of these uses. Please indicate your preferences when completing your registration form but please note that we will be unable to forward any information relating to the APHA Congress or to communicate with you regarding your registration if you select ‘no’ to point 1.

What we will do with your information?

  1. Planning and conduct of the APHA Congress including arrangements for your participation (e.g. accommodation booking);
  2. In the Delegate List published for the APHA Congress;
  3. May also be provided to organisers of future occurrences of this APHA Congress;
  4. May be used to provide you with information of other relevant events in your area of interest.

  • The parties who will have access to your information (subject to your preference selections on above points) are the APHA Congress registration managers, the APHA Congress host organisation (points 1 and point 4), delegates, sponsors and exhibitors of the APHA Congress (point 2) and any future organisers of the APHA Congress (point 3).

The parties mentioned above will rely on your above consent indications for the purposes of compliance.
