Payment Terms
The accommodation prices listed are the nightly rate provided by the hotel. By accepting the terms and conditions, you authorise the charge of your credit card for deposit (if required), incidentals or cancellation fees. This information will be securely provided to the hotel. Please note that payment terms may vary by hotel, and we recommend reviewing the hotel's terms and conditions at the time of booking.
 
Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Each hotel has varying cancellation policies. Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions of your chosen hotel prior to making a booking. Any changes or cancellations to bookings must be submitted in writing to All Occasions Group, not directly to the hotel. You will be required to accept these terms and conditions when completing the registration form. If you do not accept, your accommodation will not be reserved. All rates are quoted in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and are for room only, unless otherwise indicated. Accommodation availability and prices are subject to change without notice, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each supplier. ACLE7 and All Occasions Group accept no responsibility for any additional costs or inconvenience incurred.

Cancellations and releases outside 31 days prior to the conference are free of charge. Cancellations of a booking for 3 nights or less 14 days prior to the conference will incur a penalty fee equal to one nights stay or if the booking is 4 nights or more will incur a penalty fee equal to two nights stay. Any cancellations less than 7 days prior to the conference will incur 100% of accommodation will be charged for each accommodation room cancelled. No shows guests are charged 100% cancellation fee. All cancellation must be made in writing to All Occasions Group at confernce@aomevents.com. A la carte breakfast is available for an additional $25.00 per person, per day.

By completing and submitting this registration form, you are indicating your intention to attend the Australian Conference on Lutheran Education (ACLE7) 2025 and you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend. Registration cancellations must be sent in writing via email to All Occasions Group (AOG), conference@aomevents.com. Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Conference will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee. Registration cancellations received less than 30 days and up to 7 days prior to the Conference will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven days of the Conference; however, a substitute delegate may be nominated. Refunds from any deposits forwarded to hotels, tour companies or other related businesses will be at the discretion of the supplier.

Earlybird Policy
Payment of Earlybird registration fees are required by the cut-off date to qualify for the rate. After the Earlybird due date, all unpaid Earlybird registrations will automatically roll over and the delegates will be charged at the regular rate. Admission to the Conference and social functions may be refused if payment has not been received.

Privacy Policy
In accordance with the requirements of the Australian Privacy Act 2000, AOG complies with such legislation which is designed to protect the rights of the individual to privacy of their information. All information collected with respect to your registration for participation in this Conference will only be used for the purposes of planning, conduct of the event, or communication regarding future events. These details may be made available to parties directly related to the Conference including, but not limited to, AOG, venues, accommodation and travel providers (for the purposes of room/travel bookings and Conference options), key sponsors (subject to strict conditions) and other related parties as deemed necessary.
It is also usual practice to produce a ‘Delegate List’ of attendees at the Conference, and to include an individual’s details in such a list. By completing the registration form, you acknowledge the details supplied by you may be used for these purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided to AOG is accurate and kept up to date. To access or update your information, please email AOG on conference@aomevents.com.

Liability
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the organising committee and AOG cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the delegates. LEA and AOG take no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the Conference. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of the Conference is the individual delegate’s responsibility. Attendees are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. AOG will take no responsibility for any participant failing to take out insurance.

Conference Photography 

By attending the Conference, you grant both LEA and ACLE the rights to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting purposes at their sole discretion.
