Financial Hardship Concession;

Available to individuals experiencing financial hardship who hold a valid Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card.

Evidence is required (card number and/or image).

Please note: working part-time, casually, or being unemployed does not qualify for a concession.

*Student Registration Students must be currently enrolled in an educational institution (undergraduate or graduate level). Students must provide valid proof of student status (e.g., student ID card, enrolment verification, or a letter from the institution).

Payment Terms
The accommodation prices listed are the nightly rate provided by the hotel. By accepting the terms and conditions, you authorise the charge of your credit card for deposit (if required), incidentals or cancellation fees. This information will be securely provided to the hotel. Please note that payment terms may vary by hotel, and we recommend reviewing the hotel's terms and conditions at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Each hotel has varying cancellation policies. Please ensure that you have read the terms and conditions of your chosen hotel prior to making a booking. Any changes or cancellations to bookings must be submitted in writing to All Occasions Group, not directly to the hotel. You will be required to accept these terms and conditions when completing the registration form. If you do not accept, your accommodation will not be reserved. All rates are quoted in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and are for room only, unless otherwise indicated. Accommodation availability and prices are subject to change without notice, in accordance with the terms and conditions of each supplier. AATC and All Occasions Group accept no responsibility for any additional costs or inconvenience incurred.
Accommodation Inquiries
Should you have any inquiries or would like to extend/amend your accommodation booking beyond the dates provided, please contact All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com. Kindly provide all information required to secure your request.

Search available check-in and check-out dates below for hotel availability, if a hotel is showing as ‘Full’ it may only be full on those dates, please try alternate dates or contact conference@aomevents.com for assistance.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Credit card payments will incur a 2.80% merchant service fee. All online transactions will attract a $4.80 web processing fee, which is non-refundable. By submitting your registration, you acknowledge your intention to attend the Conference and accept liability for any applicable cancellation fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration cancellations must be made in writing via email to All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the Conference will receive a full refund minus a $150 administration fee. Cancellations received between after 30 days and up to 7 days prior will receive a 50% refund or may be refunded in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the host. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the Conference; however, a substitute delegate may attend in your place at no extra cost. There will be no refund for failure to secure a visa to attend the Conference. Refunds for deposits made to external providers (e.g., hotels, tour operators) are at the discretion of the supplier.

Transfer of Registration

Registrations can be transferred to another person without penalty by notifying in writing via email to All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com. Within 7 days prior to the Conference, no refunds will be provided for transfers of registration.

Earlybird Registration Policy

To receive the Earlybird rate, payment must be received by the Earlybird deadline. Unpaid Earlybird registrations after this date will automatically roll over to the standard rate. Entry to the Conference and social functions may be denied if payment has not been received in full.

Program and Event Disclaimer

Every effort will be made to deliver the program as advertised. However, the Conference Committee reserve the right to make changes to any aspect of the program, including speakers, topics, schedules, and venues, without prior notice, due to circumstances beyond their control.

The Organisers and hosts are not liable for any loss, damages, or inconvenience caused by such changes or delays.

Liability and Insurance

• The Conference and its Organisers accept no liability for injuries, losses, or damages to person or property during the event.
• Attendees are responsible for their own insurance, including:
  • Medical and travel cover
  • Cancellation of attendance or flights
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Repatriation or other unexpected costs due to disruptions

It is strongly recommended that attendees arrange comprehensive travel insurance at the time of registration.

Alterations and Social Events

Some social events may have limited capacity and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are only guaranteed once payment is received. Alterations to registrations must be submitted in writing.

Privacy Policy

In accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 2000, all personal information collected is used solely for the purposes of planning and delivering the Conference  and for communications regarding future events.

Information may be shared with relevant third parties (e.g., accommodation providers, venues, sponsors) under strict confidentiality requirements, where necessary for the operation of the event.

A delegate list (name, organisation, state/country) may be shared with sponsors or attendees. By registering, you consent to your information being included unless you notify the Organisers in writing.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your registration details are accurate and current. To access or update your information, please contact the Conference Organisers.

Photography and Media

By attending the Conference, you grant AATC permission for photographs and/or video/audio recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional, advertising, or reporting purposes by the Conference and its partners. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify in writing via email to All Occasions Group at conference@aomevents.com.
